Once you purchase a pre-order item, the style will ship to you as soon as we have received the inventory to complete your purchase. Expected ship dates are listed on each item's product page, or you can contact info@sophiaveronicajewelry.com for more information on expected shipping.

For order value equal or above $89 USD, we provide free shipping service across the US and International market.
For orders below $89 USD, we charge a $6.95 USD shipping fee at check out.
Once an order has been placed, it'll be taken care of within 48 hours. If an item is in stock, it/they will be shipped out once they are being processed. If it's a pre-order, depends on the item, it/they can take up to 5-10 days processing before they can be shipped out.
We gladly accept returns for merchandise in new condition. Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of receiving your merchandise to be eligible for a full refund. All returns must be shipped back to us. Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and clean. Merchandise must be in original packaging.

Please email your correct mailing address to info@sophiaveronicajewelry.com as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped out, we’re unable to correct it.
When you order multiple items at a time they might be shipped separately as products are shipped from different warehouses. You may receive one item before the next. So don't worry if you don't receive all of your items at once... they will get to you!
If you order has taken longer than 14 working days from dispatch then please contact us and we will look into it for you. We offer a Money Back Guarantee or will have your order resent.
We always try our best to facilitate you, however if your order has already been shipped then we cannot cancel your order.
If you would like to change your order then please contact us ASAP. We will try our best to accommodate any changes providing your order hasn't already been shipped. If your order has been shipped then we will not be able to change the order.
